Each watch undergoes a patented 'Damaged in Italy' process. This means every piece is hand-finished to look aged and worn, ensuring that no two watches are exactly alike.
Do I need to worry about the watch being fragile?
Not at all. While our watches are designed to look vintage and weathered, they are built with high-quality materials like 316L stainless steel and reliable movements to ensure modern durability.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that since our watches are 'pre-damaged' by design, returns are only accepted if the mechanical movement is defective.
What kind of warranty is provided?
Every Out Of Order watch comes with a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement and assembly.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Yes, most of our models feature water resistance ranging from 5ATM to 10ATM. Please check the specific product specifications for the depth rating of your chosen model.
