Pack Securely
Place the watch back in its original packaging, including all certificates, protective films, and tags to ensure it arrives safely.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop verifies the condition of the watch, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
